Home & Community Habilitation provides the supports
individuals with mental retardation need to live in their own homes
in the community,
or with their natural family. Supports are provided to meet the specific
needs of the individual and can include services like: budgeting, home
management, shopping, training to use public resources, oversight with
medical/dental/medications needs, etc. Direct services are provided
by Social Service Aides who are supervised by a Residential Program Supervisor.
