Diversified Family Services is currently soliciting for contributions for these specified purposes:

1. Drop-In Center Contributions - The Drop-In Center provides social & recreational opportunities to children & adolescents in our Foster Care program. It also provides these opportunities to people of all ages who have intellectual or developmental disabilities. Through your donations, and our fundraiser, "Doodles", we are currently providing all of these activites free of charge and open to the public.You can read more about these activities by visiting the Drop-In portion of our site. 2. Special Fund Contribution - Donations to the Special Fund are used for client needs that can't be met through other sources. For example, these funds have been used to: purchase glasses and dentures; for athletic shoes or equipment; for prom dresses, and to pay for camp.

3. Robin Kralevich Memorial Fund - Each year dFs provides a scholarship to a local college student majoring in a social service field. Robin was a graduate of Sharpsville High School and Edinboro University of PA. She was employed by dFs and died in a traffic accident while returning from a visit to a client.

4. Picnic Pavilion Fund - We would like to build a picnic pavilion which could be used by our clients for outside activities.

5. Building Fund - Although our building is complete, we are still accepting donations to our building fund. Payments from the building fund are used to pay-down the principal on our mortgage which reduces our overall operating expense for the current year, and years to come.

Checks for contributions to any of these projects should be made payable to Diversified Family Services, with the intended purpose listed on the Memo line.
