BEHAVIORAL SPECIALST

JOB DUTIES
Work one-on-one in a group home (in Hermitage) with an individual with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors.  Implement behavior program.  Assisting with daily living skills.

HOURS OF WORK
Part-time position - 24 hours per week

*PLEASE NOTE:  Orientation, if offered the position, will be for one week (Monday through Friday) primarily between the hours of 9am-5pm.

COMPENSATION
$13.00 per hour.

REQUIREMENTS
Applicants MUST have a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field supplemented by a minimum of 18 credit hours of approved psychology courses.  Those without specified requirements need not apply.  Strong preference will be given to applicants with degree in psychology and/or experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
 
Position also requires successful clearances, negative drug screen, valid driver’s license for three years of more, good driving record, reliable vehicle, auto insurance, and successful references.
